Our farm is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment, close to major cities in Southern Finland and a variety of leisure activities. We offer rental cottages, bed & breakfast accommodation, as well as dining, event, and meeting services. Whether you’re just passing through, planning a longer stay, or looking for a countryside getaway, we have the perfect accommodation for you. In total, we can accommodate up to 30 guests.
Pihatupa
Pihatupa was originally used as Leipyöli’s grain drying barn. Today, the lower floor serves as a meeting and lounge space for up to 30 people, featuring a kitchenette, WC, and shower facilities. The upper floor has two rooms, each accommodating 5 people. A sunny terrace is located on the south side of the building, and there is also a sauna inside. Next to Pihatupa, guests have access to a swimming pond, available for all guests staying at the farm.

Mäkitupa
In the 1930s, the estate workers had their own residence in the courtyard. Today, this building—known as Mäkitupa—serves as accommodation for up to eight guests. The ground floor includes a double room, kitchen, shower, and WC, while the upper floor provides sleeping space for six. The ground floor is 40 m² and the upper floor 45 m² Mäkitupa also features a private yard sauna with a cozy fireplace lounge.

Tyynelä
Built in 2005, Tyynelä is a high-quality cottage for 6 people. It features two double bedrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen-living room with a sofa bed. Additional facilities include: Utility room, WC, Bathroom with shower, Sauna. The total space is 73 m², and there is a large sunny terrace on the south side. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and gas grill.

Lensmanni
Lensmanni features two double rooms with shared WC and shower facilities. Each room is also equipped with a shared refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea maker.

Villa Kuusto
Completed in 2025, Villa Kuusto is a high-quality villa for 8 people, nestled in peaceful nature far from neighbors. Villa Kuusto features two double bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a spacious loft upstairs. Within walking distance from the villa, you’ll find Latokartanonkoski – the largest rapid in Southwest Finland.

Lossitupa
Lossitupa is a cozy seaside cottage in Särkisalo. The former ferry keeper’s cabin accommodates up to six guests and features a private sauna as well as a shared seaside sauna. Its great location and maritime surroundings make it a perfect place to stay.

Pihatupa Can Also Be Rented for Private Gatherings
Pihatupa is a popular venue for small gatherings, such as sauna evenings, birthdays, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. By request, we can serve evening snacks at Pihatupa or a full dinner at the main building. Catering is available for groups of at least 10 people.
Bed & Breakfast
We also offer bed & breakfast accommodation. A hearty Leipyöli breakfast provides a great start to your workday or vacation. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to include breakfast in your stay. Alternatively, you can order a breakfast basket to prepare your own meal at your convenience.
