Our farm shop is open during summer on Fridays from 2 PM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
At other times, we are open by appointment.

We adhere to the Finnish Highland Cattle Club's 'From Pasture to Plate' community label rules:

  1. All whole cuts and minced meat are 100% purebred Highland Cattle beef.

  2. Meat products contain at least 75% Highland Cattle beef, and all beef used is from purebred Highland Cattle.

  3. The cattle are primarily grass-fed, ensuring a natural diet.

Meat Characteristics

Due to their natural diet, Highland Cattle beef is flavorful, fine-grained, lean, and deep red in color.

The rich taste, often compared to game meat, is a result of pasture-based feeding and roughage, combined with a slow growth process. Highland Cattle are raised naturally, ensuring optimal quality and taste. Their active lifestyle influences the fat composition, making the meat tender and flavorful.

A study from the Scottish Agricultural College confirms that Highland Cattle beef contains: Less fat & cholesterol than average beef and higher iron & protein levels than conventional beef
